La Maison Orphée's Coarse Grey Sea Salt owes its colour to the clay-bottom pans of the salt marshes. That's where this salt is hand-harvested, after the wind and sun naturally evaporate the sea water. This sea salt is a source of minerals (sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium) and trace elements (iron, manganese, zinc). Product of France.
