The first-born cheese of the Migneron family, made from Charlevoix cow's milk. It smells of hazelnuts and cream with just the right amount of salt. It has texture and presence on the palate, while giving way delicately to the bite: a nice, tender bite that is just creamy enough, especially if we allow the cheese time to chamber (which we recommend). With its field flower notes and its salty finish, it is like Charlevoix, between sea and mountain, with its meadows looking out over the river and its fresh and invigorating air. A picnic bite, in the fresh air, with a small glass of white Charlevoyou, it is a real rural delight. A semi-soft cow's milk cheese. Product of Baie-St-Paul, Quebec.
