Title: 100 g

Meet the first named cheese in Britain's recorded history: Cheshire! First written about in the late 16th c., this is a firm and crumbly pasteurized cow's milk cheese. It's made exclusively in the Cheshire, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Shropshire, and Staffordshire regions of Wales and England. This cheese is mild, milky, and aromatic. Cheshire's lower salt content also makes for a perfect crumble on fruits, chutney, vegetables and baked dishes. Product of England.
