Asiago is a hard cow's milk cheese. It's one of the most typical cheeses produced in the Veneto region of Italy. Asiago has flavors reminiscent of Parmesan, nutty and sweet with notes of white pepper. It makes a great table cheese, and can also be used to cook with as a grating cheese.
