In 1988, Annette and Élisé François, former dairy producers, decided to embark on the great adventure of producing duck for foie gras. At their beginnings, they produced with modest means a hundred fatty livers per week. Over the years, the demand and popularity of foie gras increased significantly in Canada, which prompted them to increase production and create “Aux Champs d'Élisé” in 1998. This is a resealable jar of quality, Quebec-raised duck foie gras. Keep refrigerated after opening. Contains milk.

Ingredients: duck foie gras, water, Armagnac (Armagnac brandy, salt, pepper), modified milk ingredients, salt, white pepper, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
