14 Arpents is a soft farmhouse cheese made from whole milk from Brown Swiss cows. Square in shape, its paste is creamy and covered with a beautiful orange crust. As it ages, it becomes more flavorful and its nutty aromas are more pronounced. The name indicates the road which runs along the grounds of the cheese dairy, the Chemin des 14 Arpents. Dominant aroma of hazelnut. Enjoy with a woody Chardonnay. Product of St. Gédéon, Quebec.
