Description
This flavoured oil is obtained through the cold infusion of spices and aromatic herbs. Its base is a mix of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil, in which the spices are immersed cold.
This is an oil with truffles and porcini mushrooms, suitable for flavouring first courses, whether pasta, risotto or vegetables. Shake well. Product of Italy.
