This unique recipe is made with coarsely chopped black olives & mushrooms, expertly blended with highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum). Earthy mushroom and black truffle flavours dominate with a sweet finish. Tartufata has a toothsome, chunky texture.
