Jufran - Banana Sauce

Banana Sauce (or banana ketchup) is a popular Philippine fruit ketchup condiment made from banana, sugar, vinegar and spices. This sauce makes a great addition to homemade barbeque sauces, or can be used as a dipping sauce or condiment. Product of the Philippines.

Ingredients: water, sugar, banana, salt, modified starch, spices, sodium benzoate (preservative), acidulant, onion powder, garlic powder, artificial colour.
