Eden Butter Beans, Baby Lima Beans, are soaked overnight and pressure cooked with no chemical additives at Eden’s certified organic, kosher cannery. Lima beans offer a superb variation with their smooth, buttery taste. Butter Beans or Baby Lima Beans, are a light-coloured disc, relatively small variety known as Carolina or Seiva Beans. Regular Lima Beans are a much larger variety and more yellowish. Baby Limas are an excellent side dish, and make great soup as a creamy base.
