The Picci Maturo balsamic vinegar is aged approximately 7 years. It is the perfect compromise between a young vinegar and a much sweeter, aged vinegar. Aged in Chestnut, Juniper, Mulberry and Oak wood casks. Suggested use is with grilled meat or fish, chicken salad, and vegetable omelets. 100% cooked grape must. From Reggio, Emilia, Italy.
